Summer Garden Wish List

I've suddenly become very excited for Summer. The days are getting longer, the sky is blue and the sun is really starting to shine, I can't help but feel a burst of happiness of the thought of Summer coming back into our lives.

One reason that I'm so excited for Summer this year is because I finally have a garden. I've been living in flats, house shares and student housing for the last five years, I was lucky to have a slab of concrete as a garden. However, we now live in an actual house; an actual house with an actual garden. I never knew it was such a luxury until now. As we now have a garden, I'm excited to get it jazz it up for summer and enjoy the (hopefully) sunshine.

Here are a few things that have caught my eye to help me create the perfect garden for summer

When I think of a Summer garden, I think of colour. I think of bright colours, playful garden accessories and a comfy lounge area. The drinks tray has to be my favourite item out of the lot, although it is a little bit pricey. Is there anything better than relaxing in the sunshine with a whole heap of drinks at your fingertips?! It would also be the perfect drinks cart for any BBQ's or summer garden parties that you might be planning.

I'm also kind of in love with the drinks dispenser. Yes, it seems like all my Summer garden picks are revolved around drinks, but what can you do. In the summer, there's nothing I enjoy more than sitting with my best girl pals, relaxing with a glass of pimms. When I see the Littlewoods drink dispenser, all I can think about is Pimms. It's perfect.

And finally, no garden is complete without comfy garden furniture. What else would better than a cosy hideaway to snuggle into with a good book? This Santiago Day Bed is available on and I can't help but think how perfect this would be in our garden. It's cosy, beautifully designed and I can imagine it being a lovely garden feature!

Are you looking forward to summer?
