FOOD | The Cosy Club

Coming into the New Year I knew I wanted to make some changes to my blog and one of those changes was writing some more foodie posts for my blog. I tried in 2015, but most of the time when I'm eating out I completely forget that I should be blogging about it and don't take photo's. But this year I'm going to introduce more food posts starting with this one...

I've mentioned before that I've recently moved to Manchester and I've loved eating out and trying different restaurants in the city centre as it's all new to me. There's one place that I keep coming back to and it is The Cosy Club. It's situated in the Corn Exchange which has recently been revamped and is now home to lots of different restaurants from Mexican to Brazilian, however Cosy Club is my favourite.

The Cosy Club has such a great selection of food available for breakfast, lunch and dinner. On this occassion we popped in for some brunch. The decor is so quirky and cosy in there. It's unusual, but has a really great atmosphere and feel to the place. There's two areas you can eat in the Cosy Club, a more relaxed area and a formal dinner area. We sat in the relaxed part which I prefer so much more. For brunch I opted for the smoked salmon with scrambled eggs on sour dough bread. It was delicious - the eggs were cooked to perfection. I'll definitely be going back to try the other items on the breakfast menu. I've already been eyeing up the pancakes...
